Be Healed Women’s Conference and Retreat Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for the Be Healed Women’s Conference and Retreat. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your registration. Please review our refund policy to understand your options.

 Full Refund:

• Cancellations made before 60 days prior to the start of the event are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.

 Partial Refund:

• Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days prior to the start of the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.

 No Refund:

• Cancellations made within 29 days of the event start date are not eligible for a refund. However, you may transfer your registration to another person who wishes to attend. Please notify us in writing to arrange the transfer.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as medical emergencies or family bereavements, may occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or credit toward future events.

•  Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
• If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us for assistance.
